Judging from the screenshot,you should reinstall i-Tunes. That's the
best way to cure problems with software.

Go grab a copy from Apple's website.

Heh. I've reinstalled several times; also uninstalled Music Match and
Media Monkey thinking they were interfering.

I googled iTunes drivers registry and it's the first hit. The screenshot
is identical to yours.
