I still don't see it on MSDN Subscriber Downloads Yet so it is Probably
False, that is unless they Released it to TAP Beta Tester's, Just FYI.

I believe MSDN won't be the first to get the RTM release, At least there are
many sources that quote it will go to manufacturing first then a week later
to MSDN
