Is this supposed to be a Table of Contents?
Do you mean you wish something like this?
Apple Pie.........................................................1
Apple Pie.........................................................2
Banana Nut Bread...........................................3
Banana Nut Bread...........................................4
Banana Nut Bread...........................................5
Banana Nut Bread...........................................6
Cheese Cake...................................................7

I've never seen (that I can recall) any TOC that indicates anything
other than the page the first reference to that object or chapter
begins on.

It seems to me that anyone looking at this will know that Apple pie
takes up 2 pages and Banana Nut Bread takes up 4 pages.

Yes, I followed the directions for the Acc2000: Table of Contents, but when I
run the report all the items are listed as page 1, so what am I doing wrong?
