It won't work properly after I install...

Hi to anyone that reads this!
I am having some trouble with Msn Messenger everytime I install it (I don't
have Window's Messenger btw.)
Everytime I try to install, half way through i receive a popup saying:

Anyone with ideas of how to fix this?

Oh yes and i forgot to mention. If i try opening it i get a "This application
has failed to start because msidcrl40.dll was not found. Re-installing the
application my fix this problem.
