What does "it will not install" actually mean? Do you mean you can't
physically put it in the motherboard? Do you mean it isn't seen by
Windows? Or it is seen by Windows but the driver install fails? This is
an old video card - it may have failed. If you want more specific
answers, post back with a better description of the problem.
Installing a video card can very contingent on what's making your video now.
This is BOTH hardware and software related. Since this makes it a very,
very open-ended question, I request you provide info regarding your current
video hardware and related software. The software, should be removed before
the current video hardware at base level observation. But, there may be
further issues that must be resolved before installing the video card you
noted.
