it will not detect drive d(dvd/cd burnrer)

I am trying to finish mi movie and it won't detect a cd/dvd burner. I know my
drive works because my other programs are able to detect it
 
See my post to Mark two above here. WMM doesn't have a DVD burner in it
unless it is the Media Center edition.
