it is not possible to do min and max on an axis in excel anymore,.

in previous years you could adjust the min and max in the axis scale tab on
excel. The help tab (F1) suggests you can still do this but it isn't an
option anymore in the scale tab. Please correct this as it is essential for
those who regularily do graphs and charts. Perhaps it was forgoten when
programed????? Thank you

What kind of chart is it, and which axis are you unable to scale? What does the
label say, just below the Scale tab?

For one, this is a peer-to-peer group and not something that MS
employees use to collect bug reports -- at least not officially.

That said, I don't know any axis tab where the min./max. values could
be specified but now cannot be. Of course, it is possible such a beast
exists, but it is also possible that you are using different types of
charts (XY Scatter vs Line, for example), one that supports and another
that doesn't support numerical values on the axis.
