It is illegal to call out

After installing windows defender beta 2, I've got the message :
"It is illegal to call out while inside message filter" after rebooting or
launching the application.

I have windows 2000 Pro. SP 4

Sorry, I didn't see that this subject was already present in this forum.
I have exactly the same problem than Renaud !
Windows 2000 Pro + Norton (deactivated) + SP4 + .Net + VStudio
