You want to install the Fun Pack first. To do so, from Windows Explorer,
double click on the .msi file. This will install the fun pack. After, you
should see the media installed on you computer, and should be able to import
them.

Hey Eilon,

When you download the winter fun pack click open. When it finished
installing you will get a menu that shows alll the additions you get for
installing the pack. If you click on the winter music and sound effects you
will have a seperate window showing a location where they are installed.
Then you follow the below instructions.

To import Windows Movie Maker content:

1.. Click the Start button, point to All Programs, point to Accessories,
and then click Windows Movie Maker.
2.. From the File menu, click Import into Collections and navigate to the
location on your hard disk where you installed the Windows XP Winter Fun
Pack. The default location is My Documents\My Videos\Winter Fun Pack 2003.

Note: When importing the Video Title Slides, uncheck the Create clips for
video files box. This will ensure that the video files you import will
remain in one piece.
3.. Select the clip or clips you wish to import. (Press and hold the CTRL
key while selecting multiple files.)
4.. Click Import. The video files will now appear in the Collections
folders in Windows Movie Maker 2.
