How many computers can you install windows xp home
edition on legally?

The license agreement states that you can install one copy of WinXP on one
machine only.

Seems like a tricky question! The simple answer; as many as you wish too and
can afford. You must have a separately purchased licence for each computer
which simply means for most that you buy one copy for each computer.
