Issues with upgrade from NT4 to W2k AD

We are about to upgrade our existing NT4 Domain to W2K
AD. What are some issues that I should look for when
planning this?

Plan careful and read some info on www.microsoft.com/ad about migration. Use
separate BDC to do the upgrade and setup DNS server properly after upgrade.
Point all your clients to your new DNS server and use forwarders for
resolving external domain.
Do you have any specific concerns, fears ?
