Having a problem where anytime I try to open, or even save
an attachment to my hard drive in NT Workstation where I
have local admin right. I get the following error :
Cannot save the attachment. Can't create file: XXXXX.
Right-click on the folder and check permissions. Please
help.
Thanks.

What version of Outlook are you using? Note: this group does not support
Outlook Express.

I'm seeing the same problem with Outlook2002 running on or
Win2k in a network environment with Exchange 2000.
FOUR workstations almost simultaneously suddenly showed
this problem. Outlook2000 workstations do not have this
problem.

It is failing when trying to write a temp file to

c:\documents and settings\"username"\Local
Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK.... which is a temp
directory according to Q296115 and provides extra security
to protect us.

Same error message when attempting to SaveAs to the HD.
