issues when converting excel 2003 workbooks to 2007

I am using in the work place office 2007. Previously i used office 2003. I
have a lot of information in workbooks, which support the business. I have
converted (by saving) 2003 excel files to 2007, with huge consequences. Links
to the accounting system no longer work properly and many named references in
formulae changed for no apparent reason.
I read on your website about the way 2007 may handle pivot tables, and i
cured that issue, but i have some many others outstanding.
I have used the service pack etc to get the latest versions - what should i
now do to resolve my issues

The only general suggestion I can make is to leave all your files in 2003
until you have a need to convert them to 2007 and then identify and resolve
the issues with each file when / if you encounter them. I know several 2007
users who have kept many of their legacy 2003 files in the 2003 format, and
things are just fine with them.

I think you'll need to provide much more specific problem descriptions
before anyone will be able to offer you specific suggestions / solutions.
