Issue with sharing multiple calendars from one mailbox

I maintain several calendars for my organization. I need other people
to be able to view all the calendars. My issue is that they can only
see the default calendar on the site. I have setup the permissions all
the same way for all the calendars.

To set the permissions I used the properties tag on each calendar and
gave people permission to view the calendar. I currently do not have
access to the shared tap on the right-click menu.

When people go to open a shared calendar and type in my address they are
able to view the default calendar that came with the account, but not
the others.

Does anyone know what I have to do to get these calendars visible to
everyone?

Thanks,

Hi there

The only way another user would be able to see the calendar is if they added
your mailbox as an additional mailbox. They would also need View Folder
permissions on any folder above the appropriate calendar in the hierarchy.

If you're running in an Exchange environment, have you considered using
Public Folders for the calendars instead?

Hello~ I have this same exact problem. I am trying to make a master PTO
Calendar and our owner isn't able to see the one I created. How do I make it
public? We are on Exchange Server.
Any help would be grrreat

where is the pto calendar stored - mailbox or public folder? I assume you
mean the pto owner can't see the calendar ,not the calendar owner - right
click on the calendar and check it's properties - make sure the owner has
permission to see it.
