Issue with Printing Labels

Guest

I am trying to print a label sheet which is 2 x 5 labels per page. I am
working in Word and using Outlook contacts as the address info source. I
have entered all the size settings as per instructions,,including the
vertical pitch but the labels still drift up the page so that the labels on
rows 3, 4 and 5 are not centred anymore. What can I do to fix this?
Also, can I indent the address information as it is currently printing over
the logo on the label sheets? Thank you.

Check that there are no print scaling options set and that both printer and
label have the same page size set. If that is already the case, you may have
to adjust the margins until the labels print correctly.

You can right click in the label window and format the text. Or you can
create a new document from the label wizard and format it any way you wish.
