Issue with my screen

Help needed... I can't change the pic on my screen; I know how to, but the
problem is that when I access to Screen from Control Panel or Desk, I just
get 2 options: Screen Saver & Configure

Where the other options go? Please help me... I'm desesperated with all the
spyware that I have too, I tryed with Pest Patrol and doesn't stop it!!

Check your registry.
Run regedit and navigate to the following key.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

In the right hand pane look for ClassicShell.
Right click on it and select Modify.
Set the value data to 0 instead of 1.
