Issue with Access 2003 database

Last night I received an invalid argument error when running a query in my
access 2003 database. I ran a compact and repair on the database. After that
complete I opened the database but nothing appears. I then imported the
database tables into SQL 2005 and everything was imported. I also imported
the tables and queries into a new a new Access 2003 database. Does anyone no
how I change view my original database?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did you have a recent backup? Did you make another backup copy before
running Compact and Repair? Finally, unless you go out of your way to make
it do so, Access' Compact and Repair function does not destroy or overwrite
the input database.

There's very good information on avoiding database corruption, and
recovering from it, at MVP Tony Toews's site,

Yes I had backups from a couple of hrs previous. But I still don't understand
why I can not view the data in org access db but can import the data into
another access db and see the data.
