(ISP) requires valid sender domain??

I copied over my Contacts list to my laptop that runs Outlook 2003 (copied
from desktop OL 03). Everytime I send an email I get a msg from Sys Admin
saying Undeliverable. (ISP) requires valid sender domain. Tried to send to
a new contact and received same msg. Tried emails to other domains, same
thing.

I receive emails just fine. What gives?

I'm finding this may be a problem with Vista and a linksys router. Thanks
for the help though.
