In the following code, what is the syntax for
Excel's "Isblank" function in Visual Basic?

Function SpGradeEquiv(Form, Level, Score)
If Isblank(Score) = True Then
SpGradeEquiv = 0
Else
Select Case Level
Case "E" 'Level E
Select Case Form
Case 7 'Form 7
Select Case Score
Case 0 To 5
SpGradeEquiv = 0
Case 6
SpGradeEquiv = 1...yada,yada,yada
