Isass.exe System Error

After I uninstall the IBM Client Access Program V5R1 then
I install the lastest version of the IBM Client Access
V5R2. After restart, the error message "Isass.exe - System
Error, Object name no found". I try to boot in safe mode,
last know good config and debug mode also none of it can
work.
Please Help.
