Is West Digital hard disk good? Better than Seagate or not?

I heard that Seagate is much better than West Digital for hard disks here in
Asia. Is it true? And it is said that WD is more popular in North America.

Without considering the price and volume, which one following is better?

My motherboard is as follows, do the above two both suit it? I have had
another installed hard disk with 2MB cache and 80G capacity already.

1. This is not Tom's Hardware; hardware reviews are not performed here.
2. This is not Mommy; making your decisions are not performed here.
3. Many people love WD and hate Seagate; Many people love Seagate and
hate WD; Many people hate each with equal fervor; Many people are
indifferent towards the question.

250GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache IDE Ultra ATA100 Hard Drive

160GB 7200 RPM 8MB Cache IDE Ultra ATA133 Hard Drive
My motherboard is as follows, do the above two both suit it? I have had
another installed hard disk with 2MB cache and 80G capacity already.

1. ASRock U-COP
2. Hybrid Booster - a safe overclocking feature
3. FSB 333/266/200, DDR 333/266
4. Integrated Mirage? Graphics. Max. 64MB
5. 1 slot for AGP 8X/4X 1.5V
6. ASROCK I/O - 4 ports default on rear panel + 2 ports upgrade
via header.
7. ATA 133 supported
8. On board default 10/100 LAN and 5.1-Ch Audio.
9. Multi-languages Quick Installation Guide.
10. Bundle CD includes Anti Virus Software, ASRock PC DIY Live
Demo, Audio Player, etc.

Your motherboard supports ATA 133, the second drive (160GB) also
supports ATA 133, so, for performance, the 160gb is the better choice.
The 160GB also appears to claims to support RAID while the first drive
never mentions it and claims to support PC's, not servers.
