is this virus? system recovers from critical error

My computer keeps giving me run time errors do i wish to
debug? Ever since i installed the xp updates my system
when it startsup says system has recovered from a
critical error, Sends report to Microsoft & Microsoft
online ceash analysis says its an aol problem. aol
computer fix it says computer system is fine. Can anybody
help me with what to do? Is the worm everyone is talking
about. I have Norton antivirus & its up to date & have
scanned my system as of yesterday and everything ok. So
why doesn't computer work as fast or startup w/out errors.

It doesn't sound like the Blaster worm, but it does sound like you have
some problems. No offense, but it also sounds like you should just call
a competent local computer repair person to come over and check out
your machine thoroughly.
