Is this real or fake?

I got this email in my outlook express. And I keep getting them. While the
content remains the same, instead of MS Client, sometimes it's Microsoft
user. The email it comes from is always different. The attachment it
includes is always named different (but still 106 kb). Is this a virus/spam?
I keep getting them like, 4 a day.

Vincent:
you've had a ton of people tell you it's a virus, and I will too. However,
if you have to ask, then obviously you don't have a good Antivirus program
running on your computer. I strongly suggest you get one that has some form
of activescan, or AutoProtect. It should scan your email as it comes down
and then you'd know for sure when you get a virus. Keep it updated too. I
personally use Panda Antivirus, but have used norton AV too.
