Is this not possible with Windows 2000?

Bill

I posted this earlier, ...

I need a macro to run daily that will do the following:
1) run a create table query
2) email table in Excel format to recipients

Seems simple,... but it's not.
I arranged for the Windows Scheduler program to run the macro, ... and I
have installed the Click Yes program to avoid user confirmation for sending
the email, ... BUT, the macro will only run if the computer is not locked.
How can I get this to run, ... while preserving me some security at the
office.

Thanks!
Bill

Bill,

I personally do not know the answer. As the real issue has to do with
automatically running processes on a locked Windows machine, and not
directly to do with Access macros as such, you might possibly get more
informed help in a Windows newsgroup... maybe microsoft.public.win2000
or microsoft.public.win2000.security?
