Is this Copy of windows Legal?

Hi ,
My Problem is in the Windows Explorer-->Help-->"Is this Copy of windows
Legal?".How can i disable or delete this option?I have tried using file mom
and regmom ,but dint find any help.Can anyone please help me?

Why would you need to remove this feature from a legal licensed run time image?

For xpe i want to remove this option,as there no piracy check for xpe
thinclients .Can anyone help?
