Is this a genuine e-mail update from Microsoft?

R

Rolly Poe

Has anyone received any of these? It comes with an
automatic download and execute icon. Since I've had a
rash of virus problems lately, I'm not even sure if this e-
mail update notification is genuine.
Does anyone have an insight or answer to this?
The sender's e-mail address is pvrrznsfiv@bulletin_msn.com.
Thanks in advance.

Here's what I received complete with graphics et al:
