Is there way to disable the recall notification message that is s.

I would like to recall a message without sending the recipient a recall
notification. I do not want the client to know that I am recalling a email
message. Is this possible?

No - and message recall works only with Exchange, and then only under very
specific circumstances. It rarely works at all. Best not to use it, in my
opinion. If you sent something you shouldn't, talk to your Exchange admin to
see if they can help you (they may be able to remove it directly or exmerge
it out of the recipient's mailbox).

I am the exchange admin, I don't want users to be able see the notification.
Is there any third party software ad-ins that eliminate the notification?

Not that I know of, and as I said, message recall does not work reliably
anyway. What is it you're trying to do?

I would like to disable the notification to the users so they don't know that
a message was recalled. I work in a corporate environment.

Right, and I keep telling you that this is not possible in any way that I
know of. Message recall *does not work* properly most of the time anyway.
Don't bother with it. If you need to remove a message from a mailbox, look
into exmerge.
