Specifically, is there a Hungarian dictionary available for spell checking?

Hungarian proofing tools are included on the CD of Hungarian and
Slovak language versions of Word 2003 and Office 2003. If you
have a different language version, then you can purchase the
Office 2003 Proofing Tools CD and install Hungarian proofing
tools from that. See
