I need to creat a database for my club and found this template which has all
the parts that I need. However, I don't know how to incorporate my data into
it. Is there an explanation on how all this was done?

Are you wanting to import existing data? If so how is the data stored
now? If not then there should be forms to add new members that would
allow you to input data.
