Is there anyway to automatically always reply in HTML format?

Is there a way to set up Outlook 2003 to always reply and forward messages in
HTML format, even if you recieved them as plain text? Thanks.

Sure. When replying, click Format>HTML. Automatically? No. Outlook
always replies using the same format as the original message. You could be
upsetting those people who write to you using Plain Text if you force that
HTML crap on them. If they'd wanted HTML from you they'd have sent it to
you.
