Is this a network drive or an alias drive on your own computer?
If a network drive, does your network administrator make (daily) backups?
If so, ask to have the folder restored. If not (i.e., no system backup), it
is lost.
If it is on your own hard drive, check your recycle bin.
You need an 'undelete' utility. A search at Google should produce a load of
suggestions. The more work you do on the E Drive in the meantime, the less
chance you have of recovery.

I recommend that you use DataRecoveryWizard to recover your data.
The software provides very useful functions for data recovery:
DeleteRecovery, FormatRecovery, AdvancedRecovery, RawRecovery.
This program is an efficient disk recovery software providing
you a complete answer to data loss.
