Is there any way to force replication of objects in configurationcontainer?

Hello everyone,
Through an odd turn of events, both the 'Server' and 'NTDS Settings'
objects for both domain controllers in a subordinate domain got deleted
from the configuration container in our forest root domain. I am unable
to recreate or manually replicate these objects from the configuration
container on either of the subordinate domain controllers to the
configuration container on any of the forest root domain controllers.

Does anyone here know of any way to recreate the 'Server' and
subordinate 'NTDS Settings' objects from one configuration container
into another?

what OS?
I have tried it to delete in w2k3 sp1 and was not able to delete them.

I remember something those objects returning if the servers are still alive.
(not sure).
You could also do a authoritative restore for those objects

I worked with Microsoft technical support to resolve this issue. For the
reference of those reading this messageand anyone who may have this
problem in the future, the solution to this problem is outlined in
Microsoft knowledge base article 887430.
