Is there any human readable data in the SCANPST log file? I need atranlator ;-)

I just ran the SCANPST utility against my Outlook 2007 PST file.

The log file for SCANPST had perhaps 150 entries of the form:
??BBT entry (244B70) has different refcount in RBT (3 vs 2)

and about 50 entries of the form:
??Couldn't find BBT entry in the RBT (244C1C)

Then near the bottom of the log:

**Attempting to walk all folders

!!Contents Table for 8062, row doesn't match sub-object:
irow = 654, RowID = 2647E4

Is any of this information useful in figuring out what went wrong, or
how seriously the PST was damaged?

The utility ran to completion and the PST file loads fine (of course
it loaded fine BEFORE I ran SCANPST),
I was running the utility to see if it would clear up some errors I
was having sync-ing my calendar with my mobile device.

Thanks!

There isn't much data in the log that users can use.

What problems are you having with the syncing? What device do you sync?

Thanks Diane!

I realize this isn't a group to discuss "sync" issues, but something
really weird is going on...
I have an iPhone 3GS, and all of a sudden newly added calendar events
will not sync. in either direction.
To make a long story short I did a "factory reset" of the iPhone and
then re-sync-ed from scratch.

Most of the "old" events (that had been in the Outlook calendar for
some time) now show up on the iPhone, but new meetings added either to
the iPhone or in outlook do not sync to the other device.

One of the weekly-repeating meetings I had in outlook sync-ed to the
freshly reset iPhone,
and shows up fine on the iPhone as a weekly meeting that repeats
forever, but this meeting does NOT show up in Outlook either in the
day/week/month view or in the "table-ized" "all appointments" view.
Even if I edit the repeating event on the iPhone making it "newer" and
in need of a sync. back to Outlook it does not show up in Outlook.

It WAS working fine up until recently, and I'm not sure what has
happened.
It seems like no "new" events sync. and that some repeating events are
hosed up.... but not all of them.

I do have an (almost) daily backup of my PST file but ....
sigh...............
