Is there an easy way do backup (copy) Access database (examples?)

IS there any access command for access 2000 to make a duplicate of a
databasee (ie docmd) or example of VBA code to copy entire file.
 
use a batch file outside of access as trying to copy something whilst it is
running can cause problems.
