Is there an Application Updater Block for .NET 2.0?

I have an application that I need to deploy using SMS - I can't use
ClickOnce. I'd like to be able to make that application update
itself, rather than going through the palaver of SMS updates. Under
1.1, there was the Application Updater Block. I'm going to be
using .NET 2.0 - I've done loads of searches and am struggling to
find anything useful.
