Is there a way to specify column width in a crosstab query?

I have a crosstab query that sumarize the number of errors on a product in
certain categories for a certain number of weeks. It can look like
something like this:

Errorcategory...SubError..........509...510...511...512..
..........................................................
Machining.......Broken.tool........2.....5.....1.....2...
Machining.......Wrong.tool.........1.....0.....2.....3...
Assembly........Wrong.part.........2.....3.....4.....1....
Assembly........Part.missing.......2.....3.....4.....1....
etc.
etc.

The headings 509, 510 etc means week 9 2005, week 10 2005 etc

The problem is that when we enter a new week and run the crosstab query the
rightmost column becomes the standard size of a column, which seem to be
something like 13 characters wide. The numbers in the column will never be
more than 3 digits long. Now I have to resize the rightmost by
doubleclicking on the borde to get it to set best fit.

Is there a way to do this automaticly so that every colum that sums up the
errors will have a specified width when opening the crosstab?

Thanks for any assistance
Carl

I don't think there is a method since you are creating new columns. Some
solutions: Display the results in a form or report or use weeks relative to
the current week or some other week.
