Is there a way to resend a message in this version vista premium?

I'm just wondering if there is a resend command in this version. I wish I
could use Outlook 2003 again. However, it did not show attachment pictures
if I were listed in cc or bcc. How do I find out if that is fixed? I'm sorry
for the second question, but maybe you are kind enough and help this old man
anyway.....grandpa Peter
 
There is no resend option in Windows Mail. The best alternative is to
forward the message, and do a bit of editing.

Outlook 2003 works fine on Vista.
