Is there a way to increase the font size of the To: Cc: fields?

When creating a new email message in Office 2003, Outlook, is there a way to
increase the font size of the To: Cc: and Subject: fields, or a way to zoom
in on these? I know how to increase the size of the text within the body of
the message, but I have a user who is struggling to see the sizes of these
fields.

Those are global Windows settings and affects all of Windows. Change the size
of fonts in Display Properties in Cntl Panel, not Outlook. You might look
into Accessibilities options too for impaired users, if necessary.

Forgot to mention an easy fix--change the screen resolution--lower it-- and
see if that helps.
