is there a way to incorporate time tracking with access

We are looking to find a way to employee time that can then be pulled into
our database on Access. I know that there is a software called Web Tracker
that will dump data into Quickbooks, but I just KNOW there's got to be a way
to do that into Access instead (preferred software!).
