Is there a way to import your inbox and include the attachments?

I needed to setup my Outlook account on my new laptop and I imported my inbox
but the attachments did not import. Is there a way to export/import the
attachments with the messages in my inbox?

Thank you. I got the old inbox with attachments imported, but now my spam
doesn't seem to be working. Junk mail is coming into inbox but marked SPAM
in subject line. Also, I couldn't seem to 'disconnect' data file from travel
drive so I deleted it instead under data file management. Now only the
original data file location appears. Any ideas on why junk mail filter no
longer works?
