Is there a way to fully outline a font (specifically Tahoma)?

I do a Power Point presentation for my church worship service. Sometimes the
print is difficult to see if it is on an image. I have looked at the font
that is used in a program called Easy Worship. Their font is completely
outlined not just shadowed. Is there a way I can fully outline my font. I
am using Tahoma.
Thanks,
Ellen

What Chirag said...but also

usnig both the "text shadow" and "shadow" feature of powerpoint.... it's
possible to get a pseudo outline.

Just adjust the "shadow" to the top right position. This together with the
text shadow "which is always bottom left" can help to surround the text in a
black outline (ok - I admit it's not a complete outline) but it does help to
make the text more legible.

Alternatively alter the picture
