is there a way I can...

I have my E Mail settings as plain text and do not download the pictures.

Is there any way I can make a safe list where creation senders will be
displayed in HTML with the pictures regardless of the master setting.

I work with a company who sends mails out in HTML for good reasons and its
getting a bit tiresome clicking display in HTML

No way I'm aware of. It's ok to use html if the application is properly
updated. Outlook 2003 will also block external images in html email.
