Is there a way I can e-mail a spread sheet

I have an excel spreadsheet that I need to send to a series of Outlook e-
mail addresses, is there and easy way to do this?
I think I need a macro but have never really used them so if someone can
explain it REALLY easily it would be appreciated!

Create the e-mail, put all the recievers into the To: line (Into the
bc(blindcopy) if you wont have the recievers to see eachothers mailadresses)
and attach the spreadsheet.
Is this what you meant ?
