Okay then <g>. " is there a "up" and "down" (while scanning thru inbox)
feature"?"

Such, as, when you have Outlook open, are whipping down thru (or trying
to) a whole raft of new emial, but only need to glance at each one to "get
the gist":, if you will, without fully opening each email. Outlook used to
have this feature (every email app (I've ever used does), but I can't find it
anymore.

I'm not sure what you mean but when you select a message that is larger than
the Reading Pane you can use the space bar to scroll through the message.
