Hello,

I've been seeing people loading AOL just to have some sort
of security installed for free.
BAD!!!
Most of the idiots already have a virus or adware infested
on their machine, and some sort of out-dated AV software
on it as well. Now there are two AV's running, and I have to
clean up this mess. Norton has a nice little utility, SymNRT that
works great for removing their product.
Mcafee says it's missing some components and to re-insert the Security
CD. No such CD. Trying to uninstall --- says to insert CD... no such
CD. Anybody have a tool rid a computer of mcafee off a machine
besides using a:\format c:

Did you see Jay's (in particular) and Noel's comments about SymNRT in the
Jonathan Wilson thread dated 1/27/06.
