Is there a template for collecting rent?

I need to find or create a database for collecting monthly rent from tenants
in our campground. It would be nice if when 15 days past due, it would show
or post to me which tenants are past due so notice can be sent out. Instead
of trying to start from scratch, was hoping something along these lines might
be out there to help me get started.
