Is there a program that writes registry files?

I don't have permissions at school to import .reg files, but I can install
programs that modify the registry. I'm thinking if there is a program that
can write the .reg files to the registry, I could use that to import a reg
file. Does such a program exist?

It's the school's computers, right? Discuss this with the IT department
at the school for how your needs can be met.

registry for good reasons. I'm suprised you're allowed to install
programs. They are not YOUR computers. Play by the rules.
