Is there a paragraph format in MS Access

< or > may format Capital or lower case. How do you format to ensure only the
first letter of a word is in capitals?
 
Depends on what exactly you're looking for.

The first letter of each word being capitals is easy:

?StrConv("this is my text", 3)
This Is My Text
?StrConv("THIS IS MY TEXT", 3)
This Is My Text

Just the first letter of each sentence being capitals isn't.
