Is there a page set up in the file menu in Word 2003

I do not have the page set up option in my file menu so can not change
margins or orientation of documents. Anyone know why this is missing and how
I can restore it? I have tried to restore the setting but it did not correct
the problem.
 
Open the FILE menu
Then right click in one a blank area of the tool bar and choose "customize"
Go to the "Commands" tab and select "file"
Scroll down until you find "page setup" and drag it over to the open FILE menu, place it where you
want it in the listing.
