Is there a max. amount of email addresses you can use in Bcc

My outgoing email is hanging at 66%. Is it because I have too many addresses
in the Bcc?
 
Your ISP may have a limit on bulk mailings to discourage spamming. Check with
your ISP on this issue. If that's the case then restructure your single DL into
smaller multiples which can then be sent separately.
